The Jeanne Simon mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Jeanne Simon (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective signifies your acceptance of those updates.

By opting in to the Jeanne Simon SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Jeanne Simon through your wireless provider at the mobile number you provided, even if your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry. Messages may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. These messages may include service-related communications such as alerts, updates, and account notifications, as well as promotional content including special offers, discounts, and marketing messages (e.g., cart reminders).

You acknowledge that enrolling in this messaging program is not required to make any purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any transaction with Jeanne Simon. Participation is entirely voluntary.

While the Service itself is provided at no cost, you are responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile plan or contact your wireless carrier for more details. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS/text messages.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to 877-490-5205. For assistance, reply HELP to 877-490-5205. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you initiate contact again. If you are subscribed to multiple Jeanne Simon messaging programs, you must opt out of each program separately, unless otherwise required by law.

We may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages sent to outdated numbers, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we are not responsible for processing such requests.

Wireless carriers supporting the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number, and if your number changes, you must re-enroll in the program using your new number.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeanne Simon is not responsible for any failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery, any inaccuracies in transmitted information, or any actions taken or not taken based on the information provided through the Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories mentioned above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
